Germany Let's get started at Expo Real 2023!
One of the most important real estate events in Europe, Expo Real 2023 in Munich, is just about to begin. This year the focus will be on decarbonisation, ESG issues and digitalisation, as well as demographic changes and directions of urban development. Asusual, 'Eurobuild CEE' magazine will be distributed to the fair's visitors.

According to the Guinness Book of Records, the world's largest office building is now the Surat Diamond Bourse in India. The complex, in Surat (Gujara) comprises almost 660,000 sqm.

GreenWay, a provider of electromobility solutions in Central and Eastern Europe, is to join the tenats of Łużycka Plus. The firm has just moved in to a new 1,850 sqm office. This is the last unit that was available in this office building.

Mosaic World has signed a purchase-construction agreement with Novaform Polska for the purchase and construction of 98 rental flats and 138 built parking spaces in Poznan.

Poland P3 buys two 7R parks
P3 has acquired two completed and fully leased logistics assets from 7R: 7R Park Szczecin and 7R Park Łódź West II, which respectively comprise 61,450 sqm and 34,420 sqm.

Mitiska REIM, the investor in European convenience real estate, has announced that fundraising for its third flagship fund, Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3, has now reached EUR 168 mln. The fund has already closed three investments since the beginning of this year, representing a third of capital raised so far.

Poland Colliers enters Royal Route
Colliers is taking over the management of Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw. The company will also be responsible for the commercialisation of the office building. The owner of the historic edifice, which offers office and retail space, is the Czech fund Investika.
