Poland Skyliner full of bubbles
Coca-Cola Poland Services has signed a lease agreement for almost 2,400 sqm in Warsaw's Skyliner office building. At the beginning of 2023, the company will move its Polish headquarters to the Karimpol Group's flagship investment on Rondo Daszyńskiego.

Germany Strabag launches C3 pilot project in Bremen
C3, the Circular Construction & Technology Center project in Bremen is the Strabag’s first competence centre for sustainable circularity. It will be focused on resource reprocessing, it will be energy self-sufficient and climate neutral.

Germany Garbe Industrial expands in Thuringia
Garbe Industrial Real Estate has acquired a 47,000 sqm plot of land ready for construction in Thuringia, Germany, which can be used for both commercial and logistical purposes. Construction is expected to begin in Q2 of 2023.

Romania Regional markets thrive in Romania
In the last three months, a total area of over 109,000 sqm of modern office space has been leased in Romania’s largest cities, which means an increase of 9 pct compared to the previous year. The agreements included both new contracts and extensions of the old ones. Top cities that attracted the most office tenants in III Q of 2022 are, apart from Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara.

Poland Spire full of benefits
Since the beginning of the year, five companies have leased a total of 10,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw Spire C, which represents almost half of the building. Four of the contracts are renewals, two contracts contained 'green provisions'. The office building's occupancy rate currently exceeds 96 pct.
