According to a survey conducted by Savills involving real estate investors with total EME assets under management exceeding EUR 500 bln, European multifamily, big box logistics, urban logistics, CBD offices and student housing are the top five sectors that investors are looking to invest in over the next twelve months.

In the last three months, a total area of over 109,000 sqm of modern office space has been leased in Romania’s largest cities, which means an increase of 9 pct compared to the previous year. The agreements included both new contracts and extensions of the old ones. Top cities that attracted the most office tenants in III Q of 2022 are, apart from Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara.

Since the beginning of the year, five companies have leased a total of 10,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw Spire C, which represents almost half of the building. Four of the contracts are renewals, two contracts contained 'green provisions'. The office building's occupancy rate currently exceeds 96 pct.
