It is with great sadness that we learn of the death of Karol Bartos, one of the most well-known and distinguished personalities on the Polish real estate market, to which he has made an immense contribution down the years. To his family and friends we offer our deepest condolences.
Until recently, Karol was employed by Atrium European Real Estate, where he headed the asset management department, and he also served as a member of the board of directors of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. Prior to that, he was employed by Tristan Capital Partners, MGPA and Heitman. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master's degree in economics, specialising in corporate finance and real estate.
