EUROPE Reed MIDEM, the organiser of the MIPIM real estate fair in Cannes, has announced that this year’s event has been postponed from March 10–13th to June 2–5th due to concerns surrounding the spread of Covid-19, more widely known as the coronavirus.

POLAND Developer Trei Real Estate has just opened its 16th Polish Vendo retail park in the town of Jawor (around 70 km west of Wrocław). The centre, which was developed in an investment of EUR 8.7 mln, has a gla of around 6,700 sqm and eleven tenants.
