POLAND Echo Investment has topped off the React office building at the intersection of al. Pisłudskiego and ul. Kilińskiego in Łódź. The seven-story office block with 15,000 sqm gla, which is being built in the first stage of a 50,000 sqm complex, reached its target height of 25m with the construction work on schedule.
