Viennese real estate investor Galleon Capital Management (GalCap) has acquired the Koszykowa 54 office building in central Warsaw from the UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft fund for an undisclosed sum.
Koszykowa 54 comprises around 10,000 sqm of offices and 750 sqm of retail. Tenants include two foreign embassies and the British Council.
The location gives the property excellent visibility and attractive surroundings.
