POLAND GSK Services has increased the size of its lease in the Business Garden centre in Poznań from 1,700 sqm to 6,800 sqm. The company will now take up three floors in the complex.

Trei opens 16th Vendo Park in Poland
POLAND Developer Trei Real Estate has just opened its 16th Polish Vendo retail park in the town of Jawor (around 70 km west of Wrocław). The centre, which was developed in an investment of EUR 8.7 mln, has a gla of around 6,700 sqm and eleven tenants.
