Blåkläder enters Poland
POLAND Blåkläder has opened its first Polish store over an area of 300 sqm at ul. Kolneńska 4 in Warsaw and sells work clothing and overalls. Poland is the 16th country the brand has entered.

BIK expands
POLAND In 2019 Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) has announced that in 2019 it leased out 37,500 sqm of warehouse space and over 2,000 sqm were offices almost 40,000 sqm, which is almost four times the amount of space leased out in 2018.

Lindab comes to MLP Pruszków II
POLAND Swedish HVAC systems producer Lindab has leased 4,200 sqm in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park near Warsaw. About 4,000 sqm of the space will be used for warehousing, while the rest will be staff amenity and office space.

POLAND A roofed speedway stadium for more than 15,000 spectators is to be built in Lublin. Next to the new stadium the city authorities are also planning to build a sports and recreation complex with football pitches.

Dom’s sales go up – but not in Warsaw
POLAND Dom Development sold a net total of 3,661 apartments in 2019 (3,602 a year earlier), 2,347 of which were in Warsaw (2,580 in 2018), 859 in the TriCity (752 a year earlier) and 455 in Wrocław (270 a year ago).
