Intraco II sold
POLAND First Property Group has announced that it is selling its 50.3 pct stake in the Chałubińskiego 8 office tower in the centre of Warsaw for EUR 44 mln. The sale of the building, which was formerly known both as Intraco II and as Oxford Tower, should be completed by 31st March 2020, by which time the Polish tax authorities should have ruled on VAT issues related to the sale.

POLAND This year an 8 pct increase in footfall has been recorded in the Galeria Kazimierz shopping centre in Kraków and fashion retailer Weekday opened its first Central European store in the centre on November 29th with a lease of 305 sqm. The mall is owned by Invesco Real Estate.
