Vox Technology Park in Timişoara has obtained BREEAM In-Use v6 sustainable certification with a rating of ‘Outstanding’, the highest possible score.
The 26,000 sqm office building is the first in Romania to achieve this ranking, with v6 being the latest version of the certificate having been established in May 2020.
Under the certification process, the management of the building is assessed in terms of its occupant health and wellbeing (also in the general context of the Covid-19 pandemic) with added emphasis climate change reduction measures, social value and circular economy principles.
The building is owned by local developer Vox Prope
