Poland/France Two leases signed for Savills IM
Savills Investment Management and Vestas Investment Management have signed two lease extension agreements totalling 46,000 sqm for warehouse facilities in France and Poland.

Poland Lafrentz Polska to move to Pixel
Engineering consultancy Lafrentz Polska Group has signed a lease with GTC for 1,600 sqm in the Pixel building in Poznań and will relocate its headquarters next year.

Poland Invesco swoops down in Katowice
Invesco Real Estate has purchased a 52,000 sqm logistics centre from LemonTree in Mysłowice near Katowice. The centre is fully leased for 15 years to a division of Martes Sport Group, a leading sports retailer with more than 370 stores across Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania.

Poland Investment poised to boom
Commercial real estate investment volumes in Poland have totalled EUR 2.6 bln so far in 2025. Although many investors remain on the sidelines, the market is showing clear signs of stabilisation, heralding a rebound later in the year. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland’s report' Review: Investment Market in Poland, Q3 2025', total transaction volume is expected to surpass EUR 4 bln by the end of 2025.

Poland two tenants stay on in Konstruktorska
Sports channel Kanał Sportowy and Zdrofit fitness club are extending their leases for space in the Konstruktorska Business Center office building in Warsaw. Kanał Sportowy is to continue to occupy over 500 sqm, and Zdrofit will occupy 1,000 sqm.

Poland Scallier to commercialise Świętochłowice retail park
Scallier has signed a contract to commercialise a retail park to be built at the junction of ul. Śląska and ul. Księdza Ludwika Tunkla in Świętochłowice near Katowice. The new 7,000 sqm centre under development by Kenpol Holding is to open in the autumn of 2027.

CTP has announced that a major international logistics business has leased 80,000 sqm of BTS space for a major distribution hub at the new CTPark Budapest–Érd. The new 80,000 sqm BTS logistics building will be delivered to the tenant in Q1 2027.

At the end of Q3 2025, total modern industrial and logistics stock (including office space included in these centres) reached 36,4 mln sqm, with the largest markets being the Mazowieckie region (7.28 mln sqm), the Silesia region (6.17 mln sqm), and the Lower Silesia region (5.30 mln sqm), according to the latest figures from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate..
