Focus Estate Fund has extended its lease agreements with Pepco and Deichmann for space in the Galeria Awangarda shopping centre in Bartoszyce. Pepco occupies around 540 sqm, and Deichmann occupies 450 sqm.

According to the 'Market in Minutes - Wrocław. Industrial and Logistics Market' report, the city remains one of the key logistics hubs in Central Europe. At the end of 2025, the region's total modern space stock reached 4.59 mln sqm, a 9 pct increase on the previous year.

The Urban Land Institute Poland has published the ‘New Urban Poland’. Using 14 projects from Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Wrocław, the publication demonstrates how former industrial city centre areas have been transformed into places with housing, work, entertainment, restaurants, services, and public space.
