According to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the development activity in the Romanian retail market remains animated. Close to 215,000 sqm of retail spaces were delivered in 2023, the highest level during the last seven years.

Vastint Romania has a new tenant for its Business Garden Bucharest office project. Vel Pitar, a member of the Bimbo Group, a world leader in bakery, will take up the whole floor in building B, comprising an area of 1,160 sqm.

Autoneum will take possession of a newly-developed hall of more than 5,000 sqm in the CTPark Komárom. The company already uses almost 13,000 sqm of space there.

Capital Park Group has started to power its investment projects exclusively with energy from renewable sources. As of 1 January 2024, Norblin Factory, Royal Wilanów and two Vis à Vis street malls use 100 pct green energy. The total area of all projects powered by RES is more than 110,000 sqm.

Waterproofing materials manufacturer Nexler has leased app. 1,000 sqm in Łużycka Office Park in Gdynia, which as a result is now almost fully leased.
