Poland Strong start to 2025 for investment
Despite ongoing geopolitical tensions and global trade uncertainties, Poland’s commercial real estate market saw a notable rebound in investment activity in early 2025. Transactions totalled EUR 686 mln in the first quarter, representing a 64 pct year-on-year increase, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland in its latest report ‘Review: Investment Market in Poland, Q1 2025’.

The pharmaceutical sector now plays a major role in Warsaw’s office market, according to the 'Zoom in On the Pharma Sector' report by Cushman & Wakefield. Companies from this industry currently occupy app. 172,000 sqm of office space in the city, making them the sixth-largest group of office occupiers in Warsaw in recent years.

Slovakia P3 builds in Sládkovičovo
P3 Logistic Parks has announced the construction of a 200,000 sqm gla logistics and industrial park in Sládkovičovo, about 50 km east of Bratislava. The complex is to be built in two stages, with the first tenants moving in at the beginning of 2027.

The first Ikea dla Firm showroom in Poland is to officially open in the .KTW office building on June 17th. To mark the occasion, a discussion panel is to be held with representatives from the labour and office space markets. Eurobuild is the media patron of the event.
