For the 15th time, one of the most important and prestigious events in the commercial real estate calendar in Central and Eastern Europe is to take place. The Eurobuild Awards 2025 Gala will be held on December 4th at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw.

Poland Kraków PRS continues to grow
Kraków is strengthening its position as the third-largest PRS market in the country. The city already has 25 professionally managed projects with over 3,800 units, according to CBRE's report 'Institutional PRS Market in Poland.'

Europe GTC issues bonds worth EUR 450 mln
GTC has issued EUR 455 mln in senior secured bonds, which mature in 2030 with a coupon rate of 6.5 pct per annum. The bonds were issued to fund the repurchase announced on October 1st of EUR 500 mln of unsecured bonds due in 2026, of which EUR 494 mln remain outstanding.
