Radisson Blu heads to the lakes
POLAND Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with Europlan to construct a Radisson Blu resort in Poland in the Mazurian Lake district. The Radisson Blu Resort, Ostroda Mazury Lakes will include a marina and water park.

Ceetrus goes big just outside Warsaw
POLAND Developer Ceetrus is planning a retail and entertainment project with a gla of 77,000 sqm in the village of Góraszka to the east of Warsaw on the Lublin road. The construction work should be completed in 2022 on a 28 ha site.

EUROPE CPI Property Group’s portfolio has reached a value of over EUR 7.5 bln and the Czech property investor is still planning to make further acquisitions. CPI is currently the largest owner of real estate in the Czech Republic, and the largest owner of office space in Berlin.
Pro-Logis finds space with Prologis
POLAND Logistics company Pro-Logis has leased 3,000 sqm of warehouse space in the Prologis Park Warsaw-Żerań warehouse complex in Warsaw. The tenant was advised by M4 Real Estate.

POLAND Hillwood has completed the first building of the Hillwood Częstochowa Zachód warehouse park in Kłobuck, about 15 km north-west of the city.

POLAND Polnord has topped off the Wilania estate, which is under construction in Warsaw’s Miasteczko Wilanów district. The estate is scheduled for completion in August 2020.
