Archicom partners up to build Łódź apartments
POLAND Wrocław-based developer Archicom and Zakłady Chemiczne Organika have signed a joint venture agreement and established the Karpacka company in Łódź to develop a residential project involving the construction of app. 1,100 apartments.

EUR 2.7 bln transacted in H1
POLAND The total real estate investment volume in the first half of the year came to nearly EUR 2.7 bln, according to the ‘At a Glance H1 2019’ report by BNP Paribas Real Estate. Although lower than the same period of the previous year the figure remains higher than the first half figures from 2015-2017.
