Warsaw vacancy still dropping
POLAND The office vacancy rate in Warsaw is currently at its lowest level in seven years and in the city centre there is currently no large space to be leased, says Walter Herz.
Over 700,000 sqm of office space leased
POLAND Take-up of office space in the first half of 2019 was more than 710,000 sqm, with regional markets accounting for nearly 306,000 sqm, says JLL. Around 44 pct of this volume was made up by leasing deals in Kraków, while 15 pct of the volume came from Wrocław and 11 pct from the TriCity.
Lowest retail supply in 20 years
POLAND For the last five years, the growth of new leasable space in Poland has been significantly slowing down, and the expected volume of new supply this year, slightly over 400,000 sqm, will be at its lowest level for the last 20 years, says BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.
