How to prepare for the minimum tax
POLAND The minimum tax is now calculated based on the initial value of a property minus PLN 10 mln for each building. The law that is to come into force is to change how this is calculated. PLN 10 mln is to be subtracted from a company's income. How to prepare for the law amendment says Justyna Bauta-Szostak, a tax adviser and partner at MDDP.

POLAND 7R has started the construction of the 7R Park Kielce warehouse project, which will contain 62,000 sqm in two high storage halls. The project is situated close to the S7 expressway and the Kielce Południe interchange.

Bouygues begins Praga sales blitz
POLAND Bouygues Immobilier Polska has opened the sales processes for three projects in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district: Stalowa 39 and thelatest stages of Wileńska Express and Atelier Praga. The Stalowa 39 estate, at the junction of ul. Stalowa and ul. Czynszowa, will comprise two seven-storey buildings with 202 apartments ranging from 24 sqm to 112 sqm. The project has been designed to complement the historictenements in the district.

First Polish blockchain lease signed
POLAND The first blockchain office leasing transaction in Poland has taken place on the Share Space platform. An office has been leased using the encryption method by Ricoh, which will use the space in the Business Link co-working at the Green2Day building in Wrocław.
