PKO to finance Central European Logistics Hub
POLAND PKO Bank Polski has provided a EUR 61.5 mln loan for the construction of two warehouse buildings with a total of a 145,000 sqm in the Central European Logistics Hub, which is being developed by Panattoni Europe.

POLAND A consortium of the 22Architects and AMC studio - Andrzej M. Chołdzyński will develop the design documentation for the largest residential estate that will be developed as part of the Apartment Plus programme. POLAND More than 180,000 sqm of retail space was added to the market in H1 2018 and another 330,000 sqm is expected to be completed by the year-end, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s MarketBeat report on the Polish retail market. The numbers represent an increase of over 25 pct y-on-y, bringing Poland’s total retail stock to more than 14.8 mln sqm. The new supply will be concentrated in cities with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants, accounting for 40 pct of this year’s openings.
