Prologis CEE portfolio grows
CEE REGION At the end of June 2017, Prologis' CEE operating portfolio totalled 4.61 mln sqm, 260,000 sqm more than at the end of June 2016. With the addition of new warehouse space, the portfolio reached 4.72 mln sqm , compared to 4.52 mln sqm twelve months ago, while occupancy increased from 94.8 to 95.4 pct.

LPP office complex to be extended
POLAND Fashion retail group LPP has appointed Mostostal Warszawa as the general contractor for a new office building on ul. Łąkowa in Gdańsk. Construction work is to start on the 15th September with work to take 15 months with the contract being worth PLN 67.2 mln.
