AFI makes USD 135 mln sale

RUSSIA AFI Development has signed a RUB 7.9 bln (USD 135 mln) sales contract for two buildings within the Aquamarine III Business Centre in Moscow’s Zamoskvorechye district.
Buildings 2 and 4 with app, 43,000 sqm in total were bought by a major undisclosed Russian bank. (According to sources of Russian daily Vedomosti the buyer is Gazprombank).The Aquamarine (Ozerkovskaya) III Business Centre is an office complex of four buildings offering 78,000 sqm of space (including 50,000 gla).
