Marriott International has signed an agreement with Valdarke to open an Autograph Collection resort on the isle of Cres in Croatia. The hotel will be the international brand's first on the island.

Syrena Real Estate has signed leases for nearly 3,000 sqm of office space in Diuna complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Two existing tenants, Business Lease Poland and LeasingTeam Group, have extended their leases for office space, while Daikin has more than doubled its space in the facility.

Multidekor has extended its lease agreement for 23,000 sqm of space in the Konotopa Park II logistics centre near Warsaw. Part of the Savills IM portfolio, the centre offers a total of 42,000 sqm of leasable space.
