Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for the Quorum A office building, one of the five buildings forming a multifunctional development on the banks of the Odra River. The building provides the Wrocław office market with 18,000 sqm of space spread over 12 storeys.

The British law firm Clyde & Co has commenced operations in Poland and established its office in the V Tower building in Warsaw. The company has already acquired space on the 10th floor of the building, which Cornerstone Investment Management is currently renovating.

Inrev’s Quarterly Fund Index confirms an ongoing correction in the European real estate market. The Q4 2023 performance was yet again negative, a total return of -1.70 pct, and a sharp decline from -0.56 pct reported in Q3 2023.

The project of expansion at Turawa Park – which received a building permit last year – has now entered the construction phase, with the handover to the general contractor. In support of this project, Focus Estate Fund has secured financing through a credit facility provided by BNP Paribas Bank.

According to the latest report “Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland”, released by Newmark Polska, 2023 was one of the best years in the market’s history. It saw the second highest new supply (3.7 mln sqm) and the third highest take-up (5.6 mln sqm) and development pipeline (2.8 mln sqm). Considerable warehouse availability levels brought a long-awaited stabilization of rental rates.
