Poland Panattoni gets 20 mln for robotic warehouse
Panattoni has secured EUR 20.7 mln in financing from Bank Milennium to develop a logistics hub for Auchan Polska. A fully robotic built-to-suit warehouse is to be constructed in Wilcza Góra near Warsaw.

The property had belonged to the Invel Real Estate/Castlelake portfolio since 2016. The sole advisor for the sale of Galeria Wisła was Avison Young. The seller was advised by Dentons on legal matters.

All buildings completed by Echo Investment in Kraków's Brain Park complex have obtained BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level. The latest stage of the project has just achieved a very high score of 78.9 pct.

Resi Capital, a company belonging to the Cavatina Group, is preparing its first residential project in Bielsko-Biała. The Reytan Apartments will be built on the site of the former Befama industrial plant.

Germany Ground-breaking ceremony on the outskirts of Hamburg
Construction work on a modern logistics property in Norderstedt has officially begun with a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony. Just a few kilometres north of Hamburg’s city limits, Garbe is developing a new building with a total area of 12,700 sqm. Completion is planned for the middle of next year.

Poland Galeria Szperk has new owner
UBM Development has sold Galeria Szperk in Kosakowo near Gdynia to the Polish company Rewa, based in Krakow, for almost EUR 18 mln.

Poland Grand transaction in Sopot
The Sofitel Grand Sopot has changed hands. The Polish company Sinfam Investments became the new owner of the hotel. The seller was AccorInvest, which includes the Orbis group. Sofitel will remain the managing operator of the hotel.

Poland Nivea opens first office in Warsaw
Nivea Polska/Beiersdorf will open its first office in Warsaw, leasing nearly 400 sqm on the 37th floor of the HB Reavis-owned Varso Tower. The contract has been signed for five years and the office will begin operations in May 2025. The new headquarters will act as a satellite office and will also be a representative meeting space for the entire Eastern European region.

Poland Langowski Logistics takes 5,600 sqm in the MLP Pruszków II complex
MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with Langowski Logistics, a Polish logistics operator specialising in international container transport. The company will occupy a total of more than 5,600 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The new tenant can already use a 5,400 sqm warehouse hall. Approx. 250 sqm of social and office space is still in the pipeline, to be moved into in August 2025.

POLAND Biedronka comes to Moje Bielany
An 800 sqm Biedronka grocery store is to open on the ground floor of the Moje Bielany residential complex, which is being developed by CeMat A/S at ul. Wólczyńska 121 in Warsaw’s Bielany district.

Slovakia First customer for Mountpark Bratislava
Mountpark has secured Alza, an online retailer in Central and Eastern Europe, as the first customer at Mountpark Bratislava. Alza has leased a 65,000 sqm facility in Building A at the logistics park, construction of which commenced in October.

CEE Garbe secures full occupancy
Garbe has announced the full occupancy of all its industrial parks in the CEE region. The recently vacated space of 10,000 sqm in Garbe Park Senec was immediately occupied by logistics company Würth International Trading.

LCP Properties, part of the international M Core group, has officially opened M Park Pionki, the 50th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. It is also the thirteenth M Park in the Mazovia region.

A service and retail complex Panorama Park II is being built in Kościelna Wieś. At the end of November, the foundation stone ceremony for the building took place.

Poland Capital Park Group launches landmark development in Katowice
The 30-ha revitalised site formerly occupied by the Silesia Metallurgical Plant will become home to a modern mixed-use district Nowy Wełnowiec with predominantly residential functions. Nearly a third of the area will be dedicated to open green spaces. The Capital Park Group is responsible for the implementation and management of the project.

Poland Panattoni builds for Hebe
Panattoni will begin construction of a new park in the Silesian voivodship - Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V. The investment will ultimately comprise two buildings with a total space of over 52,000 sqm. The first tenant is Hebe, for which a BTS distribution centre will be prepared within the facility.

Hungary CTP hands over Tesco’s new 100,000 sqm logistics centre
CTP has handed over a new 100,000 sqm logistics centre in Hungary to Tesco. Built as part of a greenfield investment spanning 60 ha near Szigetszentmiklós, the state-of-the-art facility aims to enhance Tesco’s efficiency in serving Hungarian customers and optimise transportation logistics. The centre will fully serve Tesco stores nationwide starting in March 2025.

Polska React will change hands
Echo Investment signed a conditional sale agreement for React, the office building in Łódź. Upon conclusion of the deal, the asset will be acquired by Summus Capital, an Estonian-based investment company.
