POLAND Good Point V up and running
Occupancy permits have been granted for two of the three buildings under construction in the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna, 23 km southeast of central Warsaw.

Poland B&B Hotel opens in Warsaw
B&B Hotels Polska has signed a 20-year lease for the facility at ul. Kosmatki in Warsaw. B&B Hotel Warsaw East will start receiving guests in September this year. The new four-star hotel will be the second facility of the B&B Hotels chain in Warsaw and the 15th in Poland.

Poland District court building for Łódź
A consortium of Balzola Polska, Lantania and EBS Bud has signed a contract for the construction of a building for the District Court for Łódź - Bałuty and Polesie and the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście. The value of the contract is approx. PLN 267,6 mln gross.

Poland Lighting manufacturer's factory almost ready
Trilux is preparing to open its new factory in Świdnik. The 23,000 sqm facility is being built by Panattoni for the lighting manufacturer. The investment will enable the Trilux Group not only to increase production, assembly capacity and improve logistics in this part of Europe, but also to develop new products and carry out administrative and IT activities.

Poland Tech industry in Puzzle Office
The modern space provided by Puzzle Office, an operator of serviced offices at Norblin Factory, has been chosen as the headquarters for four tech companies – Rits Professional Services, Farada Group, Persooa, and Content Compass.

Romania Romanian transaction volume registers the highest growth rate
According to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, Romania recorded a 131 pct y-o-y growth of the real estate transaction volume during H1 2024, reaching a level of EUR 418 mln, corresponding to the highest growth rate in the CEE. This significant evolution places Romania third in the region, following Poland and Czechia, surpassing Hungary and Slovakia.

Harden Construction has completed the construction of City Logistics Poznań III. The building in Poland has already been handed over to Raben Logistics Polska for use. The warehouse is located in Poznań, at ul. Obodrzycka, near the A2 motorway.
