Garbe Industrial Real Estate has found a prominent tenant for its property in Holzgerlingen, south of Stuttgart. Tesla Germany, the electric car manufacturer, moved into the building with a total usable space of 18,600 sqm in December.

Lords LB Special Fund IV, the developer of St. Jacob's Quarter in Vilnius, has welcomed a new tenant, Royal Russell School. The British international school will open its doors in 2024 and will be the first boarding school in Lithuania.

Accolade has received long-term financing for its five industrial parks in Poland. The EUR 129 mln loan was provided by a new financial partner, Helaba Bank. The transaction will improve Accolade's profitability and performance.

JW Marriott, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s, has unveiled its new property in Germany with the opening of JW Marriott Hotel Berlin. It is the brand’s second hotel in Germany following Frankfurt in 2022.
