P3 Group has announced record operational results and strong financials for full year 2022. The European investor and developer of warehouse properties increased Gross Asset Value to EUR 8.3 bln, only modestly impacted by a 2.3 pct valuation decline. Operationally, the company’s portfolio grew to 7.6 mln sqm across 11 European countries, registering an all-time high occupancy rate of 98 pct.
VGP, the European owner and developer of semi-industrial and logistics real estate, has concluded a lease contract with Dachser Czech Republic for the lease of new space in VGP Park České Budějovice, situated in the Světlík commercial zone. The hall, with an area of 14,000 square meters will be tailor-made for the European provider of logistic services.
Construction commences for the third stage of Soho by Yareal development in Warsaw’s Kamionek district, which will include two residential buildings containing 14 apartments and 132 higher-standard flats.
