Construction work has begun on Sinfonia Varsovia's new home in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district. The city council has commissioned Doraco to carry out the first stage of the project, with the orchestra to move into its new address in two years' time.

Poland BNP Paribas to finance expansion of MLP Czeladź

MLP has signed a new financing agreement with BNP Paribas Bank. The bank has agreed to lend more than EUR 19.7 mln in accordance with the transaction terms. The facility will be used to finance and partially refinance the MLP Czeladź project with a target leasable area of approx. 68,000 sqm.

Poland Skyliner phase II on its way

Trei Real Estate has just opened another two retail parks of its Vendo Park brand in Poland. The properties are located in Zambrów and in Kraków. The two retail parks have a combined lettable area of around 11,000 sqm, and the investment volume adds up to circa EUR 16.4 mln.

Romania Fit-out costs in Romania remain among the lowest in the CEE

The average office fit-out costs in Romania increased by around 20-30 pct in 2022, due to rising prices, supply chain disruptions, and higher materials’ costs, but also as a result of the increased labor costs. Therefore, companies incurred average expenses of EUR 820 per sqm of office space, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.
