Romania Strabag to build The Arc
Strabag Romania has been selected by the developer and investor PPF Real Estate as the general contractor for the construction of its new office property, The Arc. The investment will bring a ten-story, class A office building to the 6th District of Bucharest.

Germany Green transition in Berlin
Empira Group has successfully completed the acquisition of six multi-family buildings as well as residential and commercial properties in the Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Wedding districts of Berlin. The purchase encompasses around 400 residential and commercial units.

The construction of Hillwood and LCube Wrocław East in Dobrzykowice has been finished. The project comprises almost 60,000 sqm of warehouse space, of which around 53 pct has already been commercialised.

Panattoni has completed the construction of City Logistics Warsaw IX. Situated in Targówek Fabryczny, the centre with an area of over 13,000 sqm already has its first tenants.

Czech Republic Savills relocates to Prague's Masaryčka
Savills is moving its headquarters as of March 2025, to new office space within the Masaryčka project in the centre of Prague. Additional 50 pct floor space will give it the foundation to expand its headcount towards 100 employees over the next phase of the business.

Latvia Green light for Magdelēnas kvartāls
Vastint Latvia has received building permits for the construction of 4th and 5th phases of Magdelēnas kvartāls in Riga. The 4th phase is expected to be completed early next year.

Poland CTP grows in Pomerania
CTP has purchased a 140,000 sqm plot of land located within the Pomeranian Investment Centre - an industrial park located in the vicinity of the largest container terminal on the Baltic Sea. The land acquired from the Gdańsk Economic Development Agency will be used to construct the next stage of the CTPark Gdańsk Port industrial and logistics complex.

Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The EUR 17.25 mln loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

Knight Frank has chosen the Vibe office building in Warsaw’s Wola district as its new Polish headquarters. The consultancy has leased almost 1,000 sqm on the 9th floor of the Ghelamco project.

Poland Changes at the helm of Dom Development
Jarosław Szanajca plans to resign from the position of president of the management board of Dom Development at the end of the year and join the supervisory board. From the beginning of 2025, Mikołaj Konopka, current member of the management board and co-founder and president of Euro Styl, will take over the reins of the company.

Romania Shopping centres fuell the development activity
According to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, retail projects totalling more than 87,000 sqm were delivered throughout H1 2024, corresponding to a sharp increase when compared with the 30,000 sqm new supply from the same period of 2023. This year’s evolution was mainly fuelled by Q2 completions.

At the end of the year, the Düsseldorfer Großmarkt will close its gates at its current site and find a new permanent home at the City Dock Düsseldorf Hilden, built by Panattoni.

Czech Republic Construction, vacancy, demand and prices on the rise
According to the regular quarterly office property market survey published by Colliers, Prague's office market grew by four attractive, new buildings in Q2, offering nearly 44,000 sqm of modern class A office space. Even though a large part of these properties found tenants before completion, the overall vacancy rate has slightly increased.

Poland San Park Piaseczno is ready
San Park Piaseczno, the largest retail park currently under construction in the Mazovia voivodship, will open on 4 September. The retail park, offering a total of nearly 40 shops of brands from many sectors, was fully commercialised a few weeks before the opening.

Poland Doraco chooses Nowy Saski Crescent
Doraco has leased 1,000 sqm in Warsaw's Nowy Saski Crescent office building. The company will move into the building owned by CA Immo later this year.

Romania VGP welcomes Miele Tehnica in Brașov
VGP has signed a lease agreement with Miele Tehnica Brașov, a subsidiary of the German Miele group, for 2,000 sqm, within VGP Park Brasov. The company will use this space to assemble motors and pumps for Miele appliances.

Poland Good Point V fully commercialised
Real Management has signed an agreement with Sales Service for the lease of more than 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna near Warsaw. The facility has thus been fully commercialised.

StudentSpace, a student housing platform, launched earlier this year by Signal Capital Partners, Griffin Capital Partners, and Echo Investment, announced the start of the construction of its first investments.
