Mattel Poland is another global player to become a tenant of the Skyliner office building. The company is part of the Mattel corporation, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of toys and other family products. Waimea Holding has sold North-West Logistic Park 2 Szczecin, a complex of three fully commercialized warehouses in Szczecin, to a fund managed by EQT Exeter. The total area of the land and the property is over 27,000 sqm.

In its latest Global Capital Markets report Collier’s has analysed investment volumes across the Central and Eastern Europe region. According to the overview, investment volumes for the first three quarters of 2022 in CEE region were up by 3 pct year-on-year, but a noticeable slowdown from Q2 has been recorded.

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao, comprising of an investment loan and VAT loan. A facility of up to PLN 500 mln in total was provided under the agreement. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw, and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

The Infinity office building in Wrocław is entering the final phase - the highest construction point has been reached. The project, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, will be completed for the tenants in Q2 2023.

Ronson Development published its Q1-3 2022 financial report. Company’s total revenue amounted to PLN 199.4 mln, vs. PLN 349.4 mln in Q1-3 2021. The revenue decreased by PLN 150 mln, which is primarily explained by lower number of units delivered.
