Poland Toys in the Skyliner

Mattel Poland is another global player to become a tenant of the Skyliner office building. The company is part of the Mattel corporation, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of toys and other family products. The new tenant will occupy 660 sqm of space in the Karimpol Group‘s investment project in Warsaw‘s Wola district.

Europe Strabag forecasts higher output for 2022

Strabag, a European-based technology group for construction services, has announced its figures for the first nine months of 2022. The company expects to generate an output volume of at least 17 billion euro in the full year – the guidance in the half-year was 16.6 billion euro.

In its latest Global Capital Markets report Collier’s has analysed investment volumes across the Central and Eastern Europe region. According to the overview, investment volumes for the first three quarters of 2022 in CEE region were up by 3 pct year-on-year, but a noticeable slowdown from Q2 has been recorded.

Panattoni had almost 6 mln sqm of industrial space under certification at the end of Q3. Half a million sqm of this is certified under BREEAM with a rating level of Excellent, further 4.6 mln sqm is currently under assessment. Panattoni is also applying for the highest possible rating of Outstanding for one of its latest projects.

Poland Peakside JV raises PLN 500 mln from Bank Pekao

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao, comprising of an investment loan and VAT loan. A facility of up to PLN 500 mln in total was provided under the agreement. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw, and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

Ronson Development published its Q1-3 2022 financial report. Company’s total revenue amounted to PLN 199.4 mln, vs. PLN 349.4 mln in Q1-3 2021. The revenue decreased by PLN 150 mln, which is primarily explained by lower number of units delivered.

This autumn, the company puts up more than 500 apartments for sale in the Hungarian capital’s most popular green belt and city centre locations. The new buildings’ energy ratings will be AA, meaning that their energy consumption is extremely low.
