Poland Three new tenants for Oxygen Park
Golden Star has announced three new tenants for its Oxygen Park centre in Warsaw’s Włochy district. In total, Trane Poland, Hamelin Polska and E-Xim IT have taken up a combined area of 1,700 sqm under long-term leases.

Poland Antczak to build for Fortress
Antczak has been appointed as the general contractor to build a warehouse with an area of over 5,500 sqm including office space in Fortress Logistic Park in Stargard near Szczecin. The centre is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’.

Czech Republic Colliers lays out the perfect office
Although many companies have announced the return of employees to the office and are striving to achieve full occupancy, findings from Colliers’ latest survey show that ideal working environments have occupancy rates between 50 pct and 80 pct. Poland Pharma grows in Warsaw’s office scene
The pharmaceutical sector now plays a major role in Warsaw’s office market, according to the 'Zoom in On the Pharma Sector' report by Cushman & Wakefield. Companies from this industry currently occupy app. 172,000 sqm of office space in the city, making them the sixth-largest group of office occupiers in Warsaw in recent years.

Scandinavian investor Nrep has acquired its third co-living centre in Gdańsk: Noli Gdańsk Old Town. The building, at ul. Łąkowa 59, was developed by Moderna Holding through the conversion of the historic Czerwone Koszary barracks and now becomes part of the Noli Studios portfolio.

Slovakia P3 builds in Sládkovičovo
P3 Logistic Parks has announced the construction of a 200,000 sqm gla logistics and industrial park in Sládkovičovo, about 50 km east of Bratislava. The complex is to be built in two stages, with the first tenants moving in at the beginning of 2027.

Poland IKEA to set up showroom office in .KTW
The first Ikea dla Firm showroom in Poland is to officially open in the .KTW office building on June 17th. To mark the occasion, a discussion panel is to be held with representatives from the labour and office space markets. Eurobuild is the media patron of the event.

Poland Peakside and Octane buy two logistics parks
Peakside and Octane Capital Partners have finalised the acquisition of two urban logistics parks from Panattoni: Panattoni Park Warsaw Janki IV with around 13,000 sqm gla, and Panattoni Park Warsaw City V (Targówek) with around 11,000 sqm.
