Poland Atrium bites the dust
The demolition has been completed of the overground structure of the Atrium International office building in central Warsaw, which is owned by Strabag Real Estate. The site is being prepared for the development of the Upper One office and hotel complex, which is expected to come into use in 2026.

Romania Record quarter and darker clouds ahead
In Bucharest, the interest of office tenants was much higher in Q2 of 2023, compared to Q1 of the year, according to the analysis carried out by Fortim Trusted Advisors. However, the experts expect the deliveries of new office space to be on a downward trend, both in the second period of the year and in 2024.

Gebrüder Weiss, the Hungarian affiliate of international freight forwarding and logistics company, is to become the first tenant of the PT2 warehouse in the HelloParks Páty warehouse park, where it has leased 22,000 sqm of space.

Romania British Council in One Cotroceni Park
The British Council is opening a new learning centre in Bucharest in the One Cotroceni Park office building, which has been developed by One United Properties. Covering over 350 sqm, this is the second British Council centre to open in Bucharest this year.

Poland P3 Poznań Park extension has begun
P3 Logistic Parks has commenced development of another speculative warehouse with an area of over 28,000 sqm at P3 Poznań. The new facility will increase the park’s area to 415,000 sqm.

Softswiss will move into a new office in Nowy Rynek E in Poznań. The company will occupy approx. 2,000 sqm of space. The new office is scheduled to open at the end of September 2023.

Panattoni has been granted a EUR 27.5 mln loan by Berlin Hyp to finance a distribution centre in Zakroczym developed for Action. The centre, which is to supply 160 stores from the chain and employ around 300 people, was constructed as a BTS development.
