Europe Another hundreds of millions on retail

Mitiska REIM has announced the sale of five Belgian and five Portuguese retail parks to First Retail Partners, a newly established fund backed by Partners Group. The new fund has a gross asset value of around EUR 280 million and will be managed by Mitiska REIM and backed by Partners Group.

Immofinanz took over two properties from its majority shareholder, CPI Property Group – the Olympia Plzen shopping center and the adjacent retail park, the total value of both properties is EUR 165.5 million.

Laufen Austria site in Wilhelmsburg has been sold to a private investor. The zone combines two sites with a total area of approx. 75,000 sqm and a building stock of around 58,500 sqm.

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of EUR 25 mln has been granted by mBank.

Panattoni has finalised the sale of two industrial developments near to the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm.

Ghelamco has finalised the sale a high-rise building forming part of The Warsaw Hub complex, which houses the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Express Inn hotels, to French fund Corum XL for an undisclosed sum.

Poland Garbe goes big in Brandenburg

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has purchased a 420,000-sqm plot of land in the Berlin area. Construction is expected to start in the Q4 2027 once building rights have been obtained and the site has been developed.

Europe Office occupancy rate steadily rises

Average office occupancy rates across eight major European markets have risen in the last six months from 55 pct to 57 pct, says Savills, however on Tuesdays and Wednesdays the average is 64 pct and 62 pct respectively, closer to the pre-pandemic rate of circa 70 pct.

Panattoni has completed the third stage of Panattoni Park Zielona Góra III which is now 80 pct leased. ECE Logistics remains the largest tenant with its largest single-location lease being in the centre.

Poland Vastint set to buy Arkady Wrocławskie

Develia and Vastint Poland have signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of Arkady Wrocławskie. The net sale price was set at EUR 42.9 mln, or app. PLN 185.6 mln. The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of August 2025.

Romania Mediapost Hit Mail takes 19,000 sqm in Bucharest

Mediapost Hit Mail has leased 19,000 sqm of space including warehousing and office area in Chitila Logistics Hub, the industrial park developed by Global Vision and Globalworth in Bucharest. The company will operate logistics and e-commerce services for companies in the retail, FMCG, energy and services sectors.
