Czech Republic Drylock takes up more from VGP
VGP has completed the construction of the last hall at VGP Park Hrádek nad Nisou. The facility of more than 30,000 sqm was built for the Drylock Technologies company, which also occupies the other previously built halls of the industrial park.

Czech Republic Prague offices stabilising
According to a survey by Colliers, the Prague office market should grow to the 4 mln sqm mark by 2025. Although the supply of newly completed space increased by 34 pct year-on-year, the total volume was again below the long-term average of approx. 130,000 sqm per year. Yet, 2023 is expected to bring about some changes. This is mainly due to developers' plans to start construction of up to 300,000 sqm of office space.

CEE Domestic capital ruled in 2022

Poland MDC² Park Kraków South with a new tenant
MDC², a developer of sustainable warehouse and logistics space operating on the Polish market, and Generali Real Estate (through its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund) have concluded the lease of a 36,200 sqm building within MDC² Park Kraków South. The medical technology company will begin operations in the facility later this year.

VGP NV, a European owner, operator and developer of logistics and commercial real estate, announces the win of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions as an anchor tenant for its VGP Park Magdeburg-Sülzetal for the period of ten years. VGP has concluded a partnership with Golden Provider Distribution, a distributor for the HoReCa sector, for an area of 4,200 sqm within VGP Park Bucharest Nord. The tennant has increased its storage capacity by relocating the warehouse in VGP Park Bucharest Nord, to a new, larger unit, with areas dedicated to the storage of ambient, refrigerated and frozen products.
