Demand for flexible office space in Poland has seen the highest growth out of all its closest European neighbours, up by 72 pct in 2022 when compared to 2021, according to recent research by The Instant Group.

GXO Logistics has announced the start of its long-running expansion plan in Germany. For starters, the operator has invested in a 36,000 sqm warehouse located in Dormagen, a key logistics location in the Düsseldorf region.

Czech Republic Double-dose of CTP for ViaPharma
ViaPharma has signed a 20-year lease agreement with the developer CTP for two Czech CTParks. CTP will prepare and hand over the premises, with a total area of almost 27,000 sqm and several specific modifications for the pharmaceutical industry, at the end of 2023.

The first phase of Skanska's H2Offices has earned a Platinum LEED Core and Shell version 4 certification with 84 points. The building also obtained the highest rating of Access4You certification, meaning Gold level.
