A new tenant of the Dot Park office complex is Webcon, a provider of business process automation systems and low-code technology. The company has leased 1,615 sqm of space in the building.

Panattoni has leased out over 5,200 sqm to Polpack Zeus, a company that specialises in the manufacture and distribution of packaging solutions. With this transaction, City Logistics Warsaw VII on ul. Bukowiecka has become fully leased.

Poland mBank finances four retail parks
Mitiska REIM has secured a EUR 40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined GLA of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centers are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski.
