Poland mBank to support MLP Group with EUR 12 mln
mBank has provided MLP Group with financing of nearly EUR 12 mln. The funds raised will be used to refinance the construction of a 32,000 sqm warehouse facility at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre.

Hungary Grand Budapest Hotel
Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection Hotels brand is making its debut in Hungary with the opening of its first hotel in Budapest. The Dorothea Hotel is housed in three historic buildings and is named after Archduchess Dorothea, who contributed to the city's development in the 19th century.

Poland DHL on a grand scale
DHL has launched its International Logistics Centre near Poznań. It is the company's largest investment in this part of Europe. The buildings have an area of 32,000 sqm, and the centre, together with adjacent areas, covers 170,000 sqm.

Czech Republic New campus in Hradec Králové
Construction of a new campus for the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmaceutical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové is now underway. The complex, named Mephared II, will provide space for research and development in the areas of medicine, pharmaceutical and other biomedical sciences.

Vastint Poland has leased nearly 1,950 sqm in Business Garden Poznań. The new tenants will occupy space in three buildings on Pastelowa Street.

Poland The biggest brownfield for VGP
VGP NV, a European provider of logistics and semi-industrial real estate, announces its largest brownfield acquisition to date. The group purchased three plots of land in Rüsselsheim am Main, close to the Frankfurt Airport.

Poland Panattoni has borrowed from Alior
Panattoni is developing a manufacturing plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów near Gliwice. The construction of the factory has been financed by a loan from Alior Bank of over EUR 24 million.

Scallier has opened another retail park in Romania. The 8,500 sqm development was built in Mosnita, a town on the outskirts of Timisoara. The facility is almost fully leased.

Side Grup, a cleaning and hygiene product company in the Romanian market, has leased nearly 6,000 sqm of space at MLP Bucharest West logistics centre. The new facility will be delivered for occupancy by the end of this year.
