Poland Panattoni packs it up
WestRock, a global supplier of specialty printed packaging, has decided to open a new distribution center and production line in Poland. The tenant will occupy more than 7,200 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Białystok II in Choroszcz.

Czech Republic CTP gets money from pbb
Pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a EUR 113 mln investment loan facility to CTP, which will be drawn down in phases. CTP will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of a logistics portfolio in the Czech Republic.

Poland Chilliflexes its muscles in Kraków
Ghelamco has secured another tenant for its latest Krakow project, the Kreo office building. Chilliflex, a coworking and serviced office operator, has leased nearly 5,700 sqm of space on Wadowicka Street.

Nepi Rockcastle’s net operating income rose 23 pct in the first nine months of 2023 to EUR 365 million, versus the same period of 2022. The main drivers of the strong performance were a combination of tenant sales performance and the contribution of the acquisitions completed in 2022.

Hungarian company Transdanubia will lease app. 24,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in hall PT3 at HelloParks in Páty. This is the largest lease at HelloParks facilities to date. The new tenant is expected to take over the building by the end of 2024.
