German high-tech technology specialist Exyte Technology has leased 11,192 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices in hall A, which is now fully occupied, of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City in North Bohemia.

According to data from Colliers, desk sharing is beginning to take root in Czech offices. Not only does it make office space usage more efficient, but it also offers employees greater comfort. In fact, companies usually invest up to half as much in standard, individual workstations as they would in traditional office layouts.

According to an MBL survey conducted during H1 of 2023, the total stock of industrial space in Sofia exceeded to a little over 4 mln sqm ready-to-use space. Another 252,000 sqm were under construction and expected to be completed in the following year. During H1, approx. two-thirds of the current stock was owner-occupied.
