Ghelamco Poland Holding, the Atlas Ward Group, the Polish Yachting Association, and Nowa Marina Gdynia (a special purpose vehicle of the Polish Yachting Association) have agreed on the terms for work on the Nova Marina Gdynia project. Under the agreement, a company from the Atlas Ward Group will hold a 60 pct stake in the project company and act as the strategic investor.

MLP has launched the development of the new MLP Bieruń West project in Upper Silesia near Tychy. The first phase includes the construction of a warehouse with 29,000 sqm of space. Panattoni has begun construction of City Logistics Łódź V – an urban logistics park spanning 42,000 sqm. The brownfield development will be built in the eastern part of the city. PGC Polska Grupa Ceramiczna is to be the first tenant, occupying nearly 15,000 sqm of space under a deal brokered by Axi Immo.
