Accent projects obtain HQE green certificate
POLAND Accent Vert and Accent Eco, two stages of a residential estate that is currently being developed by Bouygues Immobilier Polska in Warsaw’s Bemowo district, have been granted – as the first buildings in Poland – Cerway’s HQE green certificate.

Apsys to work for Union Investment again
POLAND Apsys Polska has become the manager of the Focus Park Rybnik shopping centre, a new purchase of the Union Investment company. It is the third Union Investment shopping centre, after 3 Stawy in Katowice and Manufaktura in Łódź, to be managed by the French company.
