AstraZeneca relocates to HB Reavis project
POLAND Pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has signed an app. 6,900 sqm lease deal for office space in the Postępu 14 office building that is currently being developed by the Slovak-based developer HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

POLAND In the first half of the year the Erbud group enjoyed a 96 pct growth in profit, up to PLN 16.3 mln, compared to the same period last year. In H1 its sales revenue increased from PLN 709.1 mln to PLN 839.1 mln and its EBIT margin from 2.34 pct to 3.06 pct.
