POLAND Polish fashion retailer Szachownica will open its store in the Galeria Sudecka shopping mall that is currently being developed in Jelenia Góra. The property is now almost 100-pct leased.

Carrefour signs Bucharest office deal
ROMANIA French supermarket chain Carrefour has leased 6,850 sqm of office space in the second building of the Green Court complex in Bucharest for its new Romanian headquarters. Carrefour is set to move into the new office by the end of 2015.
