Budapest industrial TLA halves in Q3

HUNGARY In Q3 2014, the modern industrial stock in the Budapest metropolitan area remained unchanged, standing at 1.8 mln sqm, while the total leasing activity (TLA) for the area reached 69,100 sqm, nearly a half of the level registered in the previous quarter, and a 3 pct y-o-y drop, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
