CZECH REPUBLIC Atrium European Real Estate has finalised its purchase of a 75 pct stake in the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague from Unibail-Rodamco.

Immofinanz leases out 12,000 sqm in Romania
ROMANIA Romanian grocer Profi has leased additional 12,000 sqm of warehousing space in the LOG.IQ Ploieşti logistics centre where it is now leasing a total of over 27,000 sqm. At the same time, the tenant also renewed the previous 15,000 sqm deal.
CTP signs 180,000 sqm new deals
CEE REGION In the last three months, warehouse developer CTP has signed a total of 180,000 sqm of new deals which were driven by the construction of new facilities and new clients entering the market, including such companies as HTC and Blika.
