POLAND Construction work on a new BTS, 9,000 sqm warehouse in the 167,000 Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Komorniki is set to begin this spring. The new cross-dock terminal, which is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2015, will serve the logistics company DPD.

RUSSIA Hines has reportedly acquired a 32,000 sqm office building that makes part of the Capital Partners-developed Metropolis mixed-use complex located by the Leningradskoe highway in Moscow.
POLAND Polish footwear manufacturer and retailer CCC has leased 687 sqm of space in the Marcredo shopping center in Zawiercie in Silesian province in southern Poland.

POLAND Atrium Poland Real Estate Management-owned Atrium Copernicus shopping centre in Toruń has launched its new, 17,300 sqm retail section. Now the mall offers over 47,000 sqm of retail space in total.
RUSSIA In the next five years, NAI Becar, a Russian representative of the New-York based commercial real estate consortium NAI Global, is set to invest RUB 20 bln (EUR 300 mln) into the development of a countrywide aparthotel network.

RUSSIA Avielen, a joint venture set up by Warimpex, CA Immo and UBM, is reportedly set to invest EUR 155 mln more into the Airportcity mixed-use complex by 2030 when it is planned to be completed.

EUROPE Berlin, Dublin, Madrid, Hamburg and Athens performed best among the European cities showing the strongest property investment prospects in 2015. Warsaw was ranked 14th, a three place drop compared to the 2014 ranking. Prague took the 18th position, a two place y-o-y fall, while Budapest was ranked 22nd, a five place jump compared to the last year, according to an annual investment prospects survey by PwC.

POLAND Serviced office operator Regus aims to open its first Lublin office, which will be the company’s 14th Polish location. The company has leased 750 sqm of office space at ul. Zana 39/39A, in an office complex owned by a fund managed by First Property Group.

POLAND Globe Trade Centre (GTC) has signed a binding 3,300 sqm lease contract with Cinema City for the space in the Galeria Północna shopping mall which is currently being developed in Warsaw’s Białołęka district.

POLAND Ronson Development has started the construction and sale of apartments in the second stage of the Moko estate on ul. Magazynowa in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The second stage involves the construction of 160 apartments with areas ranging from 29 sqm to 139 sqm. The completion of the construction of this stage is planned for Q4 2016.
