Bucharest outlet centre wins ten new leases
ROMANIA This year Fashion House Group, a part of Liebrecht & Wood Group, has signed ten new leases for a total of 1,000 sqm space in its Fashion House Outlet Centre located within the 74,500 sqm West Park shopping park in Bucharest.
Russian investment at its lowest in decade
RUSSIA After three quarters of the year, the investment volume on the Russian real estate market stands at USD 1.72 bln, which is 35 pct below the same period last year and almost 15 pct below the same period in 2009 – the peak of the global financial crisis, according to JLL.
