POLAND Cologne-based construction company Strabag has decided to develop a 28,000 sqm (GFA) EUR 75 mln office and retail building in central Warsaw. The Astoria project, planned to be completed in H1 2016, will be conducted by Strabag Real Estate, a Strabag development entity that debuts on the Polish market.
