POLAND Budimex has signed a contract with SPX Flow Technology Poland on the construction of a 30,000 sqm production hall in Bydgoszcz. The property, which will serve as a machine factory, is set to be erected on a 10-ha plot.
Warsaw underground constructors to build ring road
POLAND General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has chosen three contractors for Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road. The project will be built by Warbud and two companies which in the past took part in building the central section of Warsaw’s underground, Astaldi and Gϋlermak.

UNITED STATES Shopping centre developer Westfield has officially opened Bespoke, the co-working, event and technology showcase space designed to foster a retail-tech community and support retail innovation at Westfield San Francisco Centre. The new concept aims to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs and retailers to research, collaborate, trial and debut work all within the shopping mall.

BPO giant expands in Gdańsk
