POLAND Polish fashion retail chain LPP has leased a total of 2,800 sqm for its stores in the Vivo! shopping centre in Stalowa Wola which is currently being developed by Immofinanz Group (a 14-pct share) the and Acteeum Group (a 86-pct share).

HB Reavis grows strong in CEE
CEE REGION In 2014 HB Reavis Group generated a EUR 89 mln consolidated net profit, which accounted for a 26 pct y-o-y growth. At the same time the company recorded a 29 pct increase in operating profit, to EUR 132.6 mln, while its total assets increased by 18 pct, to EUR 1.8 bln and total shareholder equity reached EUR 933 mln.
Magyar Telekom trims office space, builds 55,000 sqm headquarters
HUNGARY Hungary’s largest telecommunications company Magyar Telekom, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, has signed an agreement with the Hungarian development company Wing Group on the construction of its new 55,000 sqm Budapest headquarters and the sale of the existing main offices.
