POLAND A large European investor has been offered an exclusive right to purchase the Skylight and Lumen office buildings which form part of Warsaw's Złote Tarasy retail and office complex.

POLAND Budimex has signed a PLN 61.5 mln general contractor agreement with LC Corp on the second, 13,000 sqm office building that is set to be developed within the two-building Silesia Star office complex in Katowice.

ILS grows strong in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne
POLAND ILS has leased an additional area of over 3,000 sqm in Śląskie Centrum Logistyczne. The company, which belongs to the Inter Cars group, will occupy a total of 7,500 sqm in the complex, owned by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych.
