Poland Rödl & Partner on two floors
Another company has decided to move its office to Vibe, Ghelamco’s latest project under development in the business center of Warsaw. Rödl & Partner has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space there. Newmark Polska advised the tenant in the transaction.

Talixo, a company offering a platform for booking fares and transfers, has joined the tenants of the Lubicz Park office building in Kraków. The company has leased over 1,000 sqm.

Forte Partners has signed a lease agreement with Cognyte for an office in U•Center 2 in Bucharest. The company, operating in investigative analytics software, has leased 1,600 sqm of office space in the building.

The Textorial Park office campus in Łódź welcomed a new tenant – Lux Med Group. The company, operating in private medical services, has leased over 600 sqm of space at the ground floor of building B.

Poland 3.4k leased in Jerozolimskie Business Park
Apollo-Rida Poland, the owner and manager of Jerozolimskie Business Park, signed leases with six new tenants in the last quarter of 2023. The companies who chose the property are SGS Polska, Veolia Water Technologies, HelpHero, Oregon Polska, Vinci Construction Grands Project and Eurex Expertise.

The Lixa E building, constructed as part of the office complex near Warsaw’s Daszyński Roundabout, has been granted a use permit. The project developed by Yareal Polska has provided the Warsaw market with almost 18,000 sqm of office space.

Romania Equilibrium 2 awarded WiredScore Platinum
Equilibrium 2, part of the Equilibrium complex developed by Skanska in the north of Bucharest, has become the first building in Romania to achieve WiredScore certification at the highest ‘Platinum’ level.

Poland The Shire chooses Spire
The Warsaw Spire C building at Plac Europejski is the new location for the coworking space of The Shire - Beyond Coworking, a network of serviced offices belonging to the portfolio of Polish holding company Devonshire Investment Group. It is scheduled to open in April 2024.

Poland First wooden office building in the capital
The office building in Poleczki Park, designed by the Ambient studio, has been granted a building permit. It will be the first facility of its kind in Warsaw to be constructed using wooden technology. The investor is UBM Development Polska.

Poland Vastint extends leases
Vastint Poland has renegotiated its lease agreements within the Business Garden complex in Warsaw. Companies such as Credit Agricole, European Leasing Fund, Amundi, Schenker, Continental, Pretius, Expeditors, Eli Lilly, Upfield and STM will remain tenants of the complex.

Poland 2024 will be greener
Only 60,900 sqm of office space was completed in the Polish capital in 2023. It's the lowest total in the history of the Warsaw office market. Savills also notes that development activity picked up in the H2 of last year, in response to a prolonged period of undersupply.

LemonTree will build Booster Zabrze in cooperation with Commercecon. The development in Zabrze is a combination of a business complex with offices, service and logistics space with a total area of 111,000 sqm.

HB Reavis has signed a 10-year lease agreement with international law firm Baker McKenzie Poland. The firm will move its Polish headquarters to the Varso Tower building, where it will occupy circa 4,400 sqm of space.
