The trading of WeWork's shares on Wall Street was suspended today, following the coworking operator's filing for financial reorganisation (Chapter 11). Cavatina is to begin consultations related to a mixed-use project at ul. Chmielna 75 in Warsaw. The developer recently signed a conditional agreement to purchase the 1 ha site from the Polska Poczta (the Polish Post Office). The initial plans include the construction of a building over 100m in height.
