Poland Warsaw office market slowly stabilising
According to the report 'Office market in Warsaw in H1 2024', presented by Axi Immo, development activity is slowly returning to pre-pandemic levels, with 280,000 sqm under construction at the end of June.

Poland GTC’s activity in the first half of 2024
GTC has presented an analysis of its achievements in Poland during the first half of 2024. Over 35,400 sqm of office space was leased across ten buildings in Poland's largest cities. GTC’s properties attracted 14 new partners, and 18 companies chose to extend their leases.

Poland CitySpace opens new office in Warsaw
CitySpace, an operator of flexible office space in Poland, will launch its fifth location in Warsaw in October. The new centre is being created in the Nowogrodzka Square office building and will operate under the name CitySpace Novo.

POLAND Displate stays in Atlas Tower
Metal prints specialist Displate has extended its lease of 1,700 sqm in the Atlas Tower office building in central Warsaw.

Poland Kion extends its lease in B4B in Kraków
Kion has extended its lease agreement in Bonarka for Business office complex. Kion leases a total of 3,900 sqm office space in buildings E & F. The Kion Business Services Polska team in Kraków focuses on finance and accounting processes, IT services, and direct procurement tasks.

Poland TechnipFMC stays at Podium Park
TechnipFMC has renewed its lease for office space at the Podium Park office building in Kraków. As a result of the renegotiated agreement, the tenant will continue to lease almost 7,000 sqm in the Globalworth-managed complex.

Romania TMF relocates to America House
TMF Group has signed a lease agreement for 1,700 sqm of office space at America House, the office building in Bucharest's CBD.

Bonarka for Business "B4B", office complex located in Kraków, has secured a new lease with ZUS (The Social Insurance Institution). The company has leased 2,400 sqm office space in building D.

CA Immo starts refurbishment of Danube House office building in Prague. It will be extensively renovated to high design standards that put people at the centre. Construction is set to begin in Q4 2024, and full operations will commence in Q1 2026.

International Workplace Group, a global provider of hybrid working solutions with brands including Spaces and Regus, is opening a flexible workspace in Szczecin. It's the company's 30th location in Poland.

A new tenant of the Dot Park office complex is Webcon, a provider of business process automation systems and low-code technology. The company has leased 1,615 sqm of space in the building.

Warsaw's Skyliner office building owned by Karimpol Polska will become the new headquarters of Process Solutions. The tenant will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm on the third floor and will move into the new office in early 2025.

Czech Republic Hila takes off in Prague
Passerinvest Group symbolically launched the construction of the multifunctional Hila building in Brumlovka, Prague 4. Upon its completion in 2027, the building will provide a combination of approximately 20,500 sqm of offices for rent, 71 rental flats and retail spaces of 2000 sqm.
